Overview
Rear Extensions: designed, engineered and built in-house
As rear extension builders we design, engineer and build single storey rear extensions that open the back of your house onto the garden. Most projects add an open-plan kitchen, dining and living space with roof lights and bi-fold or sliding doors.
We cover 9 councils across South West London and Surrey, and every project is run by one team from survey to sign-off. This service is part of our house extensions work, and it is often combined with kitchen extensions.

Drawings and structural calculations by our own engineers.

Every project is priced after a survey, because ground conditions, structure and finishes vary from house to house. We give you an itemised quote and a written programme, so you know what you are paying for and when each stage happens.
Placeholder: add honest price ranges once confirmed with Imad.
Under permitted development a terraced or semi-detached house can usually extend 3 metres, or 6 metres with prior approval. Detached houses can go further.
